Werner Coach provides private charter bus and motorcoach transportation services as a USDOT-registered motor carrier. All transportation services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing motor carriers of passengers.
All quotes provided by Werner Coach are estimates based on the information you provide (trip date, duration, distance, and passenger count). A quote is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed when you accept a formal booking agreement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quoted prices include the motorcoach, professional driver, fuel, and tolls unless otherwise specified. Driver gratuity is not included and is at the customer's discretion.
Bookings are confirmed when Werner Coach accepts your reservation and you agree to the booking terms. Specific cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are provided in your individual booking agreement. For the safety and comfort of all passengers, the following rules apply to all Werner Coach trips:
Werner Coach operates under the authority of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and complies with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Our drivers hold valid Commercial Driver's Licenses with passenger endorsements and are subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements. All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained per DOT standards.
Werner Coach carries commercial motor vehicle liability insurance as required by federal law for motor carriers of passengers. Our liability for loss or damage to passenger baggage and personal property is limited as permitted by applicable federal regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
